offerings
rooted in wheels, cycles of being
shared and individual healing
Moving Being offers experiential, nature-based counseling in Bend, Oregon, supporting life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, trauma recovery, and personal change. Sessions are available in person and online for clients located in Oregon.
Offerings are grounded in movement, art, experiential, and collaborative process. Sessions may include conversation, creative making, quiet noticing, or gentle time outdoors, depending on what supports presence and reflection. Practices such as biking, skating, ceramics, climbing, drawing, and movement can accompany experience, bringing awareness into the whole body and opening space for connection.
This therapy follows rhythms of cycles and wheels, inviting beings to move between internal and external supports, and between individual and shared experience, where shifts may be noticed in bodily experience, expression, relation to choice, or communication within home, school, or work environments.
Like truing a wheel or tuning an instrument, therapy becomes a practice of exploring awareness, attention, adjustment, alignment, presence, and balance.
